Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments via Canada Post delivery times vary depending on shipping method and your location. You can track your shipments as tracking will be provided in your account at the end of the next business day with updates issued by the carrier once it reaches the destination province. Delivery for this service falls within 2 to 8 business days depending on the destination province.

 

USA

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. international shipments via USPS or UPS delivery times vary depending on shipping method and your location. Once you receive tracking information (excluding BlackFriday/CyberMonday/Special Holidays) delivery times may be estimated Within 2 to 5 business days.

International

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Depending on the choice of Carrier and location, please allow delivery times may be estimated Within 4 to 21 business days.

 Customs & Duties for US & International Orders: 

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

We ship your package, duties, and taxes unpaid, and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Your carrier will charge you, the recipient, all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery

PLEASE NOTE: Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

Incomplete Deliveries

richieprint.com is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:

  • Customer providing the wrong shipping address
  • Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) - this prevents customs from being able to clear packages
  • Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duties
  • Failure to pick up the package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by the carrier.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If you include one of these in your shipping address, your order may be delayed until you provide us with a valid residential or business address.
