If you need any information about our products, sizing or with an order you received please contact Customer Service for assistance at richieprintco@gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours between Monday and Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (excluding public holidays).
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Richie Staxxx co. If for any reason, you are not, you can return the item for a store credit or an exchange. Please note that we do not issue refunds & we do not accept returns for Richie Print Co. merchandise not purchased from WWW.RICHIEPRINT.COM
Returns
Send an email to richieprintco@gmail.com and indicate in the subject line RETURN & reference your order #
(EXAMPLE: RETURN ORDER # CC18076). We will reply with an RA# that will need to be indicated on your package.
Upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, please allow 72hours to receive your store credit via email. Your credit can be used towards any other item of lesser or equal value. Note that original shipping costs will not be included.
Item(s) purchased from WWW.RICHIEPRINT.COM must be returned at the customer's expense:
- Within 10 Days of when the order was received
- With all tags attached
- Unused/unwashed product

What items not returnable?
- Items in the Sale Collection (These are Final Sale)
- Items that have been washed

Visibly been worn (stains, heavily wrinkled)
Exchanges
If you have purchased an item from WWW.RICHIEPRINT.COM, you may exchange it for a different color, size or style.
Send an email to richieprintco@gmail.com and indicate in the subject line EXCHANGE & reference your order #
(EXAMPLE: EXCHANGE ORDER # CC18076). We will reply with an RA# that will need to be indicated on your return package.
Upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, please allow 72hours to receive an email regarding your exchange. Items must be returned within 10 days of when an order was received.
When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
A copy of your original invoice and a written explanation of the item(s) you are returning.
All returns are dependent on the condition of the product upon inspection.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when a return for exchange/store credit is requested.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Packages received without an RA# will not be treated
All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof)
